New Moon is proud to help present Sol Theatre’s performances of the award winning play “Why We Have A Body” by Claire Chafee.A terrific feministic comedy, where the main character, Mary is extremely mentally un-hinged, resulting in her obsession to rob from convenience stores. Her sister, Lily, tries to control Mary while her mother, Eleanor, is traveling on the other side of the world, down the Amazon river. However, Lily falls in love with Renee, a married character, who then has difficulty trying to decide in her 'true' sexuality. A hilarious modern play where all characters are desperately trying to find their true identity and sort out their lives. S.M.A.R.T. Ride
November 14 and 15th
The SMART Ride 5, from Miami to Key West, November 14 & 15, 2008 – we hope you’ll be there!Started 4 years ago, the Smart Ride has contributed over $1.2 million to six direct service organizations. And here is the thing 100% of the proceeds go toward helping orgainziations like Broward House and others fight aids here in Florida. This years goal: an ambitious $500,000. And we are looking for your help. Voulunteers, riders, supporters are all welcome. And yes, Carol will be riding!!!
